Napoleon sits under house arrest imagining the downfall of his European empire. Although aware he is in the final chapter of his life's story, Bonaparte and those who surround him know the end is still unwritten and time will ultimately pass judgement on them all. Melancholic and uplifting, this exploration of one of history’s most famous figures reveals him in a new light.
